I completed the Level 2 Fitness Instruction course earlier this year with Dan at Jump Fitness. The whole process was so simple and effective! Dan was great, he was available at anytime to contact, which you get with very few instructors.
The best thing about the training is the perfect mix of both theory and practical lessons. By the end of the two days I felt confident enough with knowing what I needed to do for the assessment day. With only being 18 when doing the course I was concerned that the content would be overwhelming with also doing A Levels at the same time, but I was able to manage all the learning simultaneously, so really anyone can get involved!
I am looking to complete my Level 3 later in the summer after my exams and look to become a Personal Trainer after completing my university course in Sports and Exercise Science. I currently have my own fitness page as a way of showing content to those who want to get on or who are already on their fitness journeys.
